Which plan should I choose?

Depending on the number of calories and portion size you generally eat, we recommend beginning on the 1200 calorie meal plan which is our most popular plan for weight loss. You'll receive breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Our meals are healthy, portion-controlled and nutritionally balanced, and will help you feel fuller for longer. 

How do I know if I am eating too much or not enough?

If you're not getting your body in calorie deficit, you will not lose weight, so it is extremely important to monitor your own progress at home. If you are not losing weight we would recommend booking in with one of our prescribing Doctors who can help ensure that you are on the right calorie plan to achieve your weight loss goals.

Can I swap meals out of the Doctor prescribed meal plans?

Yes! Our meal plans are based on specific calories so if you swap meals it will alter the calorie count per day. We recommend checking the calories for the meal that you are swapping to ensure you can find a meal with the same or equivalent calories to make your journey as successful and long-lasting as possible.

How many meals will I receive in the Doctor approved meal plan?

You will receive 5 days of meals per week. We recommend that you follow the online menu as to what you should be eating each day.

How long does shipping take, and how much will it cost me?

In some major cities across Australia, we offer next day delivery. We recommend checking shipping availability when you checkout. 

What if I am not losing weight?

You should book in with a prescribing Doctor and you can find your nearest Doctor using our 'Find a Doc tool'. Sometimes, if you are in extreme calorie deficit, your body will burn muscle to provide energy, and this loss of muscle can have significant impact of your metabolism and your overall health. That's why we recommend booking in with a Doctor. Depending on the plan you have chosen, you Doctor may recommend increasing your calories to help with muscle health, and balance this with keeping you in calorie deficit – not always an easy task! But, that’s what our expert Doctors are here for, to help you though these complicated situations, to help you reach your weight loss goals and get healthier.
