When your goal is to slash fat and build muscle to bulk-up, it’s important to you fuel your body with ample high quality protein, whole foods, a moderate amount of good carbs, good heart healthy fats and, of course, the right portion of it. Our Doctors can help you bulk-up and eat clean while you’re at it. 

If you’re serious about bulking up, check in with one of our Doctors and they’ll work out how many calories you need to eat to achieve your weight / bulk goals. Following the Doctors consult, your food will be calorie and portion controlled to you based on what the Doc recommends. Generally, for bulking up, more meals may be required per day to achieve the daily calorie recommendation.

Just as important as your fitness regime, food plays a major role in your bulk-up goals.
